Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return your Lane Bryant merchandise, you may do so within 45 days of purchase. All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn and have the original tags when being returned.

Returns will be credited back to your original payment method and shipping charges are not eligible for a refund.

How to Return Your Merchandise

Note: Return shipping costs to the international return destination are your responsibility and will be deducted from your return refund. The return will be made at the same exchange rate as the time of purchase, and your refund will include any customs tariffs and taxes originally paid on the order.
